  • KAFE KUUMBA:: Midtown Writers presents::Kafe Kuumba!!!! The strongest running open mic in Indiana!! Bring your poetry, your stories, your songs. The goal is to inspire and uplift our community.   • Metaphorically Speaking:: International slam poet champion Ed Mabrey. 9pm. Therapy Cafe 452 E Third St.
  • The Harold Hardy Show:: Is a talk show with a touch of jazz and live performances different artist in the city. Come out to the Jewel Center located at 3333 Illinois St. $5 cover Show starts at 7pm
  • Women317:: Join us for the second Women317, a show hosted at Tin Comet Coffee featuring the music and poetry of Indianapolis women artists. Celebrate a very special birthday and the official launch of shehive, Inc. with us! Bring a friend or three, but come early - the house will be packed. We'll see you there!
  •  TheBistROE:: RoE Creations is transforming their home into a fine dining experience one weekend a month in order to promote local arts as well as community enhancement.

    For a $25 donation ($45 for two), a three course meal will be provided along with live entertainment. For June there will be five services to choose from:

    Friday dinner - Guitar stylings by Courtland Gaines to name a few!!

  • African American Women:: A time to allow African-American women leaders to pour into the lives of young black girls......sharing how each woman has been able to overcome stereotypes of the "Black Woman" we will have group discussions**Personal Testimonies**Teen and Adult Panelist spoken word and MORE!
